    I have been a patient at this dental practice for 7 years. I overpaid for a dental service in March 2024. After the business collected insurance money and I fought for 2 weeks for a refund to my credit card, on May 22, they claim they issued a refund on May 21 and that the office manager had left me a voicemail, which is a lie. Three days later no money is back on my credit card. One of the two front desk people laughed at me complaining about $40 addressed me as "honey" (even after I told her what my first name is), and refused to let me know which credit card the money had been refunded to. I also asked for a copy of the refund receipt, which she refused to provide. She got up from her chair behind the desk and got confrontational and aggressive towards me for demanding a refund. She even joked that she could open her purse and give me the $40 herself, which she didn't do. After I told her that the business had lost my husband and me as patients because of this behavior, she said she truly didn't care how many patients stopped going to the dental practice because she would have a job regardless.In the end, I was asking for my money back and got attitude from a front desk person instead of my money back and a nice manner. The other front desk person eventually intervened and provided me with the last four digits of the credit card where my money was, in theory, refunded.I waited for a resolution from the office manager for 2 weeks. I was told she or someone from the practice would let me know when the refund had been processed, which it didn't happen. All I want is my money back so I can move to a different practice that treats its patients right.
