    I had Robert to see if I could get my insurance to cover my home siding and the insurance did me an inital check for 4700 dollars in a check, and I signed it over to Robert. Robert saw the second estimate of check was only 1650 for replacement sidings, his company put in another quote for more and it was denied. The only amount let was a 1650 check, and Robert assured he could do it, and if I give him a refferal I dont have to pay their dedudible. I gave Robert a person who got their roof replaced. Once I got the final secondary check which wasnt enough to complete the job, I called to their secretary to see if I could get the 4700 check and to pay 500 dollars from the check for the two visits from Robert and clerical work, they will not refund my check back to me. The secretary said what about the work they did. I told her you can take 500 or 700 for the work, but please refund the rest so I can find someone else to do the job and I can finance it. I have called several times with the secretary keeps saying Hello, Hello, Hello I cant hear you.I called from different phones and finally 7/3/2025 on a diiferent cellphone she called me back because I said in the inital call, needing address to send some papers to the company. After the callback she gave me the address, and now I shall send a last letter of negotiation, and if that doesnt work, the courts to get 4000 back,which is a fair deal of not doing the job.

    When it comes to replacing the entire roof over our brand new home, we trust no one anymore after dealing with so many horrible contractors. We started doing our research and we started looking around the neighborhood and we saw Highlander home improvement signs all over ************ so we decided to give them a call. Thats how we found ***** and his team @Highlander Improvement company and let me tell you this was a blessing! The entire team is great but the owner ***** is an honest businessman and extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was extremely helpful thru out the whole process, he made sure everything goes as planned and leaves no room for error! His roofing crew did an outstanding job, they were very respectful of our property, covered everything, made special arrangements to protect our trees and shrubs, cleaned everything up before they left not even leaving a nail behind. We were very happy that we hired Highlander Improvement company to replace our entire roof, we will highly recommend them! Our house looks amazing! They're very professional and highly responsive very easy to communicate with, absolutely no questions asked 5 ************ overall from start to finish!! BIG Thank you to the entire team especially *************** for making it so simple for us homeowners. With that being said, to all the home owners in ************ and surrounding suburbs please look no further! if you want it done right the first-time save yourself a headache and call Highlander Improvement company they will exceed your expectation 100% take my word for it. Looking forward to working with these guys on up coming future projects! These are the people you can trust!

    BEWARE!!! Don't use Highlander! Have no idea how this biz has any positive ratings-- must be a network of ***************** MAJOR issues w/ quality of work -- including code violations! Falsely uses BBB logo on materials. Doesn't stand by 100% satisfaction guarantee as published on mktg materials. Doesn't complete jobs in timely manner.Owner is uncaring, disorganized and unresponsive. He dodges calls & cancels appointments repeatedly. Workers also don't show, or when they do, have no idea what to do. One aggressive worker arrived too early and got angry and argued w/homeowner for not knowing details of his project for the day. Owner didn't care. If this was my biz, I'd be out asap to apologize and make it right.He also left us without gutters for ********************* (subcontractors tore them down and work was left undone after) , resulting in water infiltration in our home. He couldn't care less.No one was ever onsite to oversee
