    Claim Number: **********
    Insured: ******************************* *****************************
    Property: ******************************************************** 60085

The complaint by ******************************* is confusing and it seems like the dispute she is angry about has more to do with the contractor than with us Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC. To help clear things up we will provide a detailed timeline of events along with documentation for each event. This claim was not simple to resolve and did require a lot of work but we believe we provided an excellent service and obtained an outcome most beneficial to the insured considering that ****************** had denied the full replacement of the roof and was only willing to provide coverage for partial repairs.

6/20/2022 Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC enters into agreement to represent ******************************* in an insurance claim for her property located at ************************************************************* with Policy Number ************ by ******************.

7/19/2022 - Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC meets with ****************** Adjuster at the property to inspect the damages and determine the value of the loss, ****************** Adjuster places the loss value at $4,212.88 and excludes roof replacement but instead only pays for minor repairs on the roof. We disagree with the loss value determined by Allstate and inform Allstate that we will submit an estimate for the value of the loss.

7/29/2022 ****************** sends us a letter in response to the Estimate we sent on 7/23/2022, the letter states: Based on our review of the information you have provided, we did not find any new evidence of damages which would be different from our original assessment of this loss. Therefore, the above listed supplemental items will not be included in our estimate as we have already included the necessary repair operations and the adequate labor for the scope of loss. The documents are rejected as a proof of loss.

The insured agreed to demand that the loss amount be determined by Appraisal.

8/03/2022 The insured signs the Demand for Appraisal and the document is sent to ******************.

The Contractor has not offered me any payment, refund, or any commissions on future sales in return for having the improvements made. I was aware of my rights to cancel this transaction when I entered into it, and I choose not to exercise any right of rescission. DO NOT SIGN THIS CERTIFICATE UNLESS YOU AGREE TO EACH OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS AND THE CONTRACTOR HAS
FINISHED THE CONTRACTED WORK TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

The contractor has told us that they received the following payments from the insured:
    Payments:
    October 10, 2022 $ 4 ,770.48
    November 11, 2022 $ 6 ,710.74
    November 16, 2022 $ 3 ,713.94
    Total Payments $ 15,195.16

The contractor says that there is payment pending from the insured in the amount of $1000.00 which we assume is the deductible. The deductible amount should be paid directly to the contractor.

Please note that Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC never submitted a request for payment to the insured for the services provided nor did it keep or withhold payment checks from the carrier. Please note that the cost of Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC services was paid by the contractor.

Please note that throughout the duration of the claim until the conclusion of the claim there have been multiple estimates but in all of them there has been no coverage for damage to the windows. The estimate did include replacement of 2 window screens with a total value of $105.15 for both screens. If this item was not completed by your contractor, then you would need to contact them and have that sorted out with them.

In conclusion, if there is any complaint regarding Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC services we will gladly address them but they have to be regarding the claim or claim process, it seems like the issues described are between the insured wanting extra work and the contractor wanting to get fully paid and not really about Eco Shield Public Adjusters LLC.

Please let us know if anything else is needed from us. Thank you.
