      On the night of 01/21/24 I made a purchase using my debit card from a vending machine located inside of *********************************. The item I purchased was a bottle of water which was priced at $2.00 per bottle. I purchased nothing else. I was both charged the $2.00 for the water as well as an unauthorized and previously undisclosed charge of $5.00 by the same machine. There was no signage posted or warning there would be an extra charge of any kind.

      our credit card companies implemented a $5 hold on cashless transactions. This hold typically falls off your statement within 12 hours, however it can remain on your statement as a pending transaction for up to 48 hours. Once the transaction fully processes, the amount on your statement should be the correct purchase price for your item. I will contact ******* to verify. 

       All machines are installed with signage. I will verify the machine has signage.

      The vending machines in the ingrown farm locations have consistently taken the money from the employees of ************* without dispensing product and when the number is called to file a complaint with canteen they either do not answer or put the person on a lengthy hold. This is not good customer ********************** and they are simply stealing money.

      Pop vending machine, took my $2.00, and the machine was Completely Empty. Called for refund and was given the runaround.

      The vending machine at motel6 ***************** ******** It does not gives me the drinks My first time was 9/30/22 around 6:00 am 2nd was 10/06/22 around 3:30 pm and today again 3rd time around 5:30 pm I Make the (refund request) many times of the first 2 and they haven't refunded my money they charged each time first ****+ 5 second ****+5 and 3rd time ****+5 per drink For your attention thanks and take good care
