This awful company sends catalogs to people who never opted in or ordered directly from them. Then you call and write and demand they stop, and they say they will and do not.Went through h*** a year ago, then it stopped. Then last December they started again, called, they said it would stop. I said I did not believe them. Today two months later another useless, unwanted catalog to an address registered on THE DO NOT MARKET LIST.Called and gave customer number on catalog and they did not even have the match for my address. This is how putrid and clueless this serial polluting, dishonest outfit is. They send you things you never asked for, don't want, lie about stopping it, and don't even keep records for the c*** they send and the customer accounts they claim. A truly bad actor that does not even have the sense to keep a master list of people who hate them, have demanded they go away, and who file reports all over the web about them. On November 14, 2024, I mailed a Fidelity Express money order for $20.94 to Critic**;s H33**3332383838343036H. It was for the movie western, The Little Big House, made in 1951. I haven**;t received the *** tape yet. They told me it was in stock when I called them. It starred ***** ******* and ***** Wensors and others. The number on the money order was *********.On November 15, 2024, I mailed a Fidelity Express money order for $52.44 to Critic**;s H33**3332383838343036H. It was for the half how Western of the Fifties, Stories of the Century. It starred *** ***** and **** ******. I haven**;t received the *** tape yet. Ordered multiple CD'S from this company, totaling more than $200. Ordered one six-season series, The *******. Took me several months to begin to watch this series. I am currently in the middle of the fourth season. Two disc's have frozen and there is no way to forward thru disc without missing a portion of the episode. When, I called to ask for an exchange, the **** said since more than 30 days passed, they would not exchange. I asked her if she knew how long it took to watch a six season series, and that it typically took much longer than 30 days. She repeated her rejection of my issue. She was unconcerned that I had paid quite a bit for a defective product.Initial Complaint

********** & Lives, ********************************** On January 31, 2024, I ordered from the respondent five movies from them and paid $44.50 under a money order no *****, paid in full. The respondent is Company & Lives at P.O. ************************************, and sell movies. Respondent owns & operates the Critics H33**3332383838343036H in ***************************, and sell movies, Respondent owns Critic**;s H33**3332383838343036H in ************, IL ***** at which time on 2/9/24, I called this place and was told they didn**;t have my money order, to call back in a week. On 2/28/24, 3/9/24, 3/11/24, and 3/12/24 and was told again and again not there and to call back later.On 3/13//24, I sent a letter to them requesting a reply about my order and given them 10 days to answer.On 3/25/24, I put a stop payment on check due and not gotten my movies at all. On 3/28/24, stop payment was removed and four movies came in, I am due one more move at $8.36 called Waterworld. Why does it take almost over two months to send these movies by mail. I will not order from them again. This kind of business is no good from them and you should look in to it. Also, I want my movies or $8.36 plus interest from them. A copy of this letter will be sent to them. If no reply, legal action will be used. This was the worst thing I had to go by, not knowing or a word from these people, take action on this. I would not run a business this way and take their money and don**;t tell them when I would send it out or take months and no word at all.Initial Complaint

I made an order in early Jan '24, Ne4ver rec'd it I called feb 6 to inquire . The man said there was no record of the order...he checked my name and address. As it was to be a gift, I reordered 2 of the items: The HoneyMooners and Taxi. I did not reorder ****** and *****. I was charged on my Credit card $71.14. This order came immediately. Two days later my bank statement said they cashed my ORIGINAL check On JAN 14!!! I rec'd the OLD order 2 days later! I sent it back immediately. Still no refund so I called and they said refunds go out only on the 1st & 15th of each month. I called on April 2 and the woman said we sent it out on MARCH 1st. I said I never rec'd it. She said essentially "too bad..we sent it" I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there wasn't one. There were so many contradictions in my dealing with them. Somebody in that org. has some sort of scam going, I believe. Please help me resolve this. Thank you. I have receipts but as I am elderly and disabled I don't know how to upload. On July 14, *************************************************************** payment. On September 14, 2023 they emailed me saying some of the DVDs were not available and I would be sent a refund. On September 30, 2023 they said the refund was sent. On October 6, 2023, I informed them it had not arrived. They replied that I would have to wait 90 days before the original refund could be considered "lost." On January 2, **** I again told them my refund had never arrived. I was told my report was "forwarded to the correct department to be reviewed." As of today, January 13, ****, I have heard nothing more from them.Initial Complaint

So now on December 1, 2023, I bought the western, Hopalong ******* for $12.71, Fidelity Express money order. I sent them a Fidelity Express money order for $15.00 for shipping and handling.
