    On 02-25-23 I had gone to Bloomington-Normal Truck Performance to get my vehicle, ( 09 Dodge Ram pickup ) back from recent repairs that were to be done to it, ( their Invoice # Estimate **** ) total original cost, $1014.19
    Final cost of $997.88 in which repairs in included, tune up, and front end ball joints, lower front ball joints, laser iridium - OE gap 44 type plugs, serpentine fan belt, along with oil change and filter. When picking up vehicle, the owner, ( ***** ) had made mention that he recommended *** **** **** to do the front end alignment. Afterwards, I was able to book the appointment with *** **** tire, 3-23-23, when on Friday, the 24th I received a call from *** **** stating the front end ball joint(s) were original and worn that needed to be replaced prior to giving the vehicle a front end alignment, and after closer examination, it also appeared that the plugs were untouched. which leads me to believe, the only work performed would be the fan belt, since it's new appearance. And hard to say about the oil change.

    The customer came in for a specific amount of work. He did not ask for an inspection of the vehicle to find other issues that could be wrong. When he went to another mechanic, the mechanic pointed out issues that were beyond what we were asked to do.
