      Falsely tried to make me pay for an uninsured motor vehicle crash for a vehicle that I do not even own and in no way was related to from a city I haven't been to in years. There wasn't even a police report that refers to me at all. If they would've done a simple search with the BMV they would've figured it out.

      I received a bill and letter mentioning my accident on 11/17/2023 and stating this was on behalf of *********** Insurance. I contacted *********** after each of the three calls and the letters received. I am paid in full with Progressive. I even called the *********** Home Insurance Department to confirm. Also, I double-checked and *********** would drop my coverage if I didn't pay. I am prepaid on Insurance so this bill is bogus or AFNI needed to get updated on my status. I told AFNI that I didn't owe and I didn't know what they were talking about other than the date matching my accident through *********** Insurance. Please stop the letters/bills and phone calls.

      On Feb 26,2024 at 6:49pm I received a call from this company the young lady called my daughter ‘s name so I asked “who is this” she immediately began to dunn me on a collections call I allowed her to finish and informed her that she violated FDCPA guidelines and she got irate with me and refused to transfer me to a supervisor and told me to call back at the number on my cid. I called back on feb 27th twice and both representatives transferred me to a vm and were rude as well I’m seeking a attorney to find out what can be done I’m also goin to call ******* and make them aware of the practices this agency is using since that’s who they are collecting for

      Sleazy, half-baked, greed-oriented, domineer and bully-oriented, in other words, "Trump types,"
      with anti-social and borderline criminal type behavior, making themselves feel superior by means of domineering attitude and behavior expressed toward innocent disabled veteran, senior citizens, by means of irrational, illegal breach of privacy and intentionally crass, generally insulting behavior.

      Dishonest, irresponsible. No names, no direct contact information, only irrational accusations.

      BBB, do what you can to put these slime-bags out of business.

      Company sends out blanket collection letters to people with the same name as the person being collected. I received a letter stating I owed money to an insurance company for an accident last year. I called them and asked, “what accident?”
      I was told that they found me based on my first and last name. Not driver’s license number or anything else collected by the police report they supposedly had. All they would do was add a note to the file that I am claiming not to be the correct person. Apparently this was involving a large commercial truck and a CDL. I have NEVER had a CDL. How is that good enough or even legal? Just sending out blanket threatening letters hoping someone gets spooked enough to pay? This is messed up.

      I spoke with Judy H**** just now after I left her 2 voice messages: June 30 acknowledging I just got their notice and to call and then 7/1- saying to contact via email preferably and an itemized copy of supposed damages from the account from their claimant.
      She called back a few minutes ago 7/5 at 1140am. At first the convo was okay, then when I advised I couldn’t pay the nearly $6,000 balance now due to just getting back to work from maternity leave and wasn’t sure of getting back to her Friday or next week she claimed she was marking my file as a redial to pay. All because I wouldn’t let her bully me into making an arrangement without checking my family options first. I asked if the calls were recorded, which she didn’t say at the beginning of the call or that it was an attempt to collect a debt. I said good that the call was being recorded. We went back and forth and a asked for a super because her attitude and professionalism was nonexistent. She began to argue about that. Literally an extremely unprofessional and childish representative.
      After seeing other reviewer comments - I’m not surprised.

      Data breaches and leaks and bad AWS integration and tech. Harassing and use data that lacks integrity and reporting process and work queues that are exploitive to citizens and employees and systems are used to data broker and go after poor proper and gouge them and deceive. Their “partnerships” in insurance and credit unions and financial institutions are equally at fault and participate. Personal Bankruptcy laws and process laws and documents and files are out of compliance and it even acknowledged. Files, documents and data have been replicated and compromised at an employee and client and personal consumer level. are ignored and file management systems and harassment protocols are both wrong and surveillance. Data and process and file and process lacks integrity and credit bureaus (******* for one) have also breaches and enables bad technology and data. Refusing to remove erroneous and wrong info or data and bad security proactive. Internally and externally
      The management and employees get bonus for gouging and stalking calling it “risk management” and “recovery”
      It’s consumer and country and state wise deceit.

      Horrible customer service didn't set up auto pay for the account always finds some way to argue n stress me out took 3 calls just to set up a payment account didn't fulfill the whole information right away just down right ignorance in this company

      Afni outsources all of their work to call centers in *****, The people that work at these call centers do not care about your dispute, they do not care about the details, they just want to take the money. Most of the people at these call centers play games with you, take your credit card info and use it for online shopping. They give you a random number as a "confirmation code" and in the end your debt isn't paid. You receive no receipt of transaction either.

      This collection company sent me a letter saying that I owe **** $239.12. Which I never had an **** account since I’ve been living in *******.
