      Starcrest absolutely saved my small business. We did not have the capacity to do our in-house linens and the owners worked with me on pricing as well as a pick-up/ delivery option. They have gone out of their way to be proactive, flexible when I require additional pick-ups in the week and so friendly. I have had nothing but consistent and reliable service. I know they struggle with labor shortages as we all have in recent years and even then, our service did not have any interruptions. I think they do a terrific job.

      I had a horrible experience this afternoon at the laundromat attached to the cleaners. My daughter and I went on a Sunday and I didn't realize their hours were shorter on that day than the rest of the week. We began loading our clothes and I put some powder tide in the washer. Before we started it, a lady came rushing out and said in a very rude, attitudinal tone that we can't start any more laundry and that we could go look at the sign on the door if we wanted to. It's one thing to inform your customers of your hours, it's a completely different thing to do it with the level of rudeness and attitude that she displayed towards my daughter and I. Then I asked if I could have my money back for quarters I had used and she disappeared into her office for several minutes, came back out talking on her cell phone and said to me in a snarky tone "If you had put quarters in here, the start light would be on. Since it's not on, I can't help you with your refund. The manager will be in tomorrow, you can talk to her about it." This might sound like a polite response when you are reading it from a screen but what you can't see or hear from reading a screen is the rudeness in her voice, the dismissive attitude and disrespectful behavior. All because I didn't realize it was past time to put a load in. I've never had someone in the customer service field speak to me that way and I don't understand why she thought it was okay to do so. I will NEVER be going there again. If I could rate this a zero star rating, I would.
