    8-16-23 viewed, est. given $800.00 & 2day job, on est didnt' include second day to complete the sealant 8-19-23 after concrete dried.
    8-17-23 signed est. With 1/2 $400.00 pd. 1/2 hr past, text needed $250.00 more for supplies.
    Wrote ck for $650.00. 8-18-23 cement areas in front & back patio, fixed gutter to drain & lined metal & insulation to cover lg hole. Upon leaving for the day I was walking around to see progress done. I asked if the sealant next day would go all around patio. **** became belligerent indicating I knew more about his business than he did. I told him I was going over work done & did not want to be taken advantage of. He said: I know people like you, that I would drive up I a new fancy red truck w/his name on the side carrying supplies. He said was NOT coming back next day to apply sealant. Left his trash here in my bin. He was going to put a lein on my house for $400.00. His equipment did not wk(shop vac would NOT run, Power blower DIDN'T work & out of gas, I put some in still would not start. Used my garbage bags he forgot his. I also baked him cookies & he left those on step.
    Did not come back next day to apply sealant.

    8-28-23 Rec'd a text from **** ********, quote: going to file a lien against my address for $400., that will make you pay $1200. since  THEY make you pay 3 x's amount owed. I still don't understand why you just didn't let us finish the job we agreed upon. Bizarre. Some people are never happy, guess you are one of those types. I  should have ground that waterproofing out before leaving. By the way those cookies were really terrible!!"

    Then rest me a draft of the lien he is going to place against my house for $400.

    I rec'd your email today  as unresolved.

    I  have now contacted the ****** ** *****  ****** *** ******** ********* ******. Mailed to them original copies of any transactions with your establisment as well as any information I have rec'd from the service provider.
