    I would give 0 stars or negative if possible. Trinity Home Medical is absolutely horrible, considering they are a respiratory medical supply company and people need their supplies on a daily basis to breath properly. We called them about my husband's CPAP machine not working properly and they refused to do anything since he was not an active patient because he wasn't buying supplies there. It was cheaper to buy on Amazon out of pocket than what they were charging, even through insurance. Even though the doctor sent an order to fix the machine, they refused and were very rude and offered no help as to what to do, or how to get back as an active patient. Very despicable behavior for a company that advertises as caring and compassionate and for patients that rely on their supplies on a daily basis. Absolutely horrible company and customer service! So glad we switched to *** **** *******!!
