    Excellent customer service . This business goes above and beyond to ensure that you get the correct key replacement or extra copies. The business will accept calls and you will speak with the actual person (Josh ) who makes the keys. This will guarantee success. If you need keys, fear not online ordering with Lostakey.net

    Have been using Lostakey for some time now and decided that after all of the awesome customer service I received, they deserve a review. I am very impressed. I work maintenance in commercial buildings with a lot of file cabinets, desks, elect. key switches, etc.. If I can describe it, give them a brand, and send photos, they have never failed to deliver quickly with exactly what I need.

    Chuck solved my problem that neither **** ***** or ***** could! I had a mailbox key go missing, and no one was able to make a duplicate. I also had problems finding a cylinder lock to replace in the box itself. Get this - he made a replica from a picture I sent! Incredible - and was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. I'm so thankful and grateful that he took the time to respond, and absolutely solved my problem. Will 100% use again if I have any key needs.
