      An employee of 5 Star Mechincal was supposed to repair a leaking bathtub faucet. He replaced the handles and faucet with a 2 handle system that did not have a anti-scalding valve, which is against IL Code. It took him half a day to do the simple repair. Three days after this, the handle stopped working completely . He tightened it so tight that an internal component broke, making it unusable. ****** told me he fired this employee because of issues he had with him. I gave ****** months to make the repair. I made multiple appointments which he did not show up for. I was re-scheduled several times, and then eventually phone calls and e-mails were completely ignored. I have had 2 plumbers look at the problem. Both plumbers tell me the repair is illegal and the entire system has to be replaced.

      Good afternoon, We are truly sorry that you are upset with us. We strive to give our customers the upmost satisfaction. We performed the task that was asked of us as well as the previous jobs that were performed for you in the past. We was informed of the damage faucet as well we made numerous attempts to rectify this you was unable to be reached, we left multiple business cards in your door to let you know we came by. We appreciate us being your choice of plumbers for jobs in the past. We would like to know your thoughts in how to proceed with this.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I took 2 days off work for 2  different appointments made to fix the faucet.  During both appointments no one ever showed up.  I called over a dozen times and even sent an email.  i was more than available for the repairs.  I also have a door camera.  I looked at the video for the past several months.  There were never business cards  left at my door, nor did anyone from the company come to my door.
