    I had Aloha do a roof for me, they charged for scope they did not complete and my roof is leaking. I would like anyone who has complaints to contact me as I am wanting to file a law suit. I do not want any money for the suit, I believe that having more people on the suit the better. Please email me at ***************** it is a gmail account.

    Aloha Construction was very unprofessional when it comes to communicating and working to solve water leaking in my Sunroom. As soon as two days after they completed my replacement roof, it rained and rain water leaked inside from the roof edge where the Sunroom joins the new replacement Shingles. I made it clear to (Joshua P***, claims specialist) that when they remove the old Shingles from my home that it's important to reseal around the top edge where the Sunroom joins the replacement Shingles. Joshua promised me they would take care of it.
    Sad to report, Aloha did not attempt to reseal where THEY SCAPED OFF THE OLD SHINGLES. Since the replacement roof, my wife has slipped and falling and so have I slipped and falling due to water leaking from the ceiling during a rain downpour. Due to our hardship and unpleasant experience with the incomplete workmanship rendered by Aloha Construction, I regret spending money on the product and service. I was granted a discount, however NO WARRANTY, which I feel is totally unfair. After they get your money, they send me an invoice showing the amount I paid with a discount and stating "Close File (NO WARRANTY)". In addition I might add, that I am a 71 year old senior citizen. This is unacceptable and Not FAIR!!! This job was done August 3, 2023.

    I live in ***** **** ********. In Aug of 2022 we had a hail storm come thru. It did a lot of damage. My roof was one the got hit as was the house across tjhe street. Aloha asked me if I wanted a estimate and I turned them down as I have little faith in door to door salesmen. I watched them reroof the house across the street the next day I had them at my house giving me an estimate. I had them do my house and can't say enough good about them and the job they did. I also had the gutters replaced. I owned a gutter business in the 2000 and I can't say how well they did.
    I will have them do any work needed in the future. The crews where great and polite new what they where doing and very careful. Am 200 percent satisfied.
