    Hired Midwest Roofing which is now DinoRoof in 2021 for a 2022 roof replacement to a condo building. We were pleased with the bid and the install process. However, we are now experiencing problems making contact with this company to address problems we are having. The website lists a different phone number each time you go to it and most numbers have nothing to do with DinoRoof. We have emailed as well and are receiving no response. Did get one text message when phone call went to voice mail, but now think it was a computer generated text. At this point, just looking for verification if this business is still active or if we need to move on.

    Glad everyone who had this company do work for them is pleased. I contracted with them, selected materials, then nothing. Called, got voicemail. Left messages. No reply. Texted, emailed. Nothing. I wondered if something had happened to him or his, but I see that he is still posting things on his sites. I think people today call it being ghosted. Perhaps it could also be described as unprofessional and, frankly, immature. I liked Mark when I met him, but apparently he wasn't what I thought he was. If you hire them, you may want to know this can happen if contracting with this company. I'm glad I know now. Can't imagine if I needed a repair later. They might have just decided to ghost me on the repair, or you too if you've hired them. Very disappointing, but perhaps a blessing in disguise.
