    This complaint is a result of a very angry customer, *********************, who brought the car to my shop for repair of the headlights being inoperable. We diagnosed the problem as needing wiring repair and contacted his warranty insurance *** as he directed. I was asked by the adjuster if there was any indication of modifications to the vehicle or indications commercial use. I stated no modifications but there is a blue airport sticker in the back window. The adjuster told me that he would process the info and let the customer know about his claim. ******* was informed that his claim was denied base on the insurance companies assumption that he does ride share. I never stated he did ride share and the adjuster noted that fact. ******* basically  wanted me to lie for him and commit insurance fraud on his behalf. That is just not going to happen and I told him that. He got very angry at me and proceeded to slander me on ******** and any other social media platform he could think of, including BBB. I an send a copy of his invoice explaining what was done on his vehicle. The check engine light cost was only 130 dollars, not 320. I told his that the sensors that were causing the light to be on were very dirty and recommend cleaning them first because they are very expensive to replace and tested ok at the time and if the light comes back on the will need replacing. He still continues to slander and threaten me on social media.

    They told me a different  story didn't read the paper I will accept  a ****** for engine light

    There will be no refund. I offered to replace the sensors for cost of parts only. No charges for labor. Customer made the appointment then failed to show. The ****** was charged for labor and honest efforts to clear the problem for the least cost.
