    On June 13, 2023 at 7:50pm Spent About $125 As a customer who values professionalism and quality I am compelled to share my recent experience, which left me utterly disappointed. I encountered an establishment that fell far below my expectations, both in terms of their conduct and the quality of their offerings.Upon entering the premises, I was immediately struck by the lack of organization and management. The staff member ******* (not sure of spelling) seemed disinterested, engrossed in their own conversations rather than attending to customers. It was disheartening to witness profane language used towards the customer and such an unprofessional attitude. As I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with ******* who appeared untrained and unaware of customer service. Her inability to answer basic questions about the products left me frustrated and confused. It was evident that no effort had been made to provide proper training or customer service skills to the staff.Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there. When my order finally arrived, it was evident that the quality of the product was subpar. The presentation lacked finesse, and the taste fell short of even average standards. It was clear that little attention had been given to maintaining consistent quality or delivering a satisfying experience to customers.To make matters worse, when I attempted to address my concerns with *******, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. They showed no willingness to acknowledge or rectify the issues, further highlighting their lack of professionalism.In conclusion, my experience at this establishment was nothing short of a letdown. The unprofessional conduct of the staff, combined with the poor quality of the offerings, left me with a sense of regret for choosing to patronize this establishment. I strongly urge others to reconsider visiting this place if they value professionalism, quality service, and a satisfactory customer experience

    I appreciate you bringing your experience to management's attention. I truly apologize for the experience you had at our establishment. I will reassure you that I will be speaking to the employee you have named and going over what is expected of her and make sure she knows the importance of her customer service and what they mean to our continued business. We will also re-train her on our products so she will be able to answer further questions as you requested. Please do not let this one experience judge our whole establishment, we have been in business for almost 30 years now, and we have more than just one bartender and that one cook that you experienced. Again I apologize about your experience if you do give us another chance and you have another issue please request the manager and we will be more than happy to try and make things right.

    I am rejecting this response because: I attended your business as an out of town resident, along with people that was taking back by the behavior and unprofessionalism of the establishment.  We paid for a service I was not expecting nor did I receive the proper service or courtesy. A Courtesy gift card, a courtesy order due on behalf of the improper service.. seems more suitable management. I would then return with hopes of a different encounter.
