    The lack of communication has been absolutely ridiculous! The customer ********************** skills are abhorrent, I received a response to a question via a portal that is used to communicate to customers (not a phone call) that started with First of all how unprofessional!I was audited by the *** and could not get a call back from *************************, the owner and the person who had done my taxes for 2020 & 2021. I was told to send my business card and EIN number, which they already had because they had done my taxes for 2 years. I had to go to my *** Audit alone and without representation from my Tax Preparer (over a month later I still have not received a call)! I did not nor have I ever gone line by line on my tax return when I have let a professional do my taxes. Clearly my mistake, there were so many egregious donations and losses on there, it made no sense (which is why I got red flagged by the ***). The fraud was so evident, the *** Agent asked would I like to file an affidavit against ************************* and Accurate Tax (which I did). I would never use this service again nor would I refer anyone to ************************* and Accurate Tax. On the contrary, I would say, run dont walk away from Accurate Tax!
