    I took my 2013 grand jeep Cherokee to them for ac problem my car was working just fine the ac was just blowing hot air. The changed the blow motor ac condenser and the ac compresser just for the car to have to same then ended up costing ******************************************************************** to pay an additional $2500 for the power distribution center which i refused to do and no 3 days later my service light came on for camshaft replaced that and 5 days later after returning from vacation the vehicle will not start at all. I had to even beg for refund of the expectation fee because they charged me for it even after i Paid for the services .

    All the work that was paid for is 100% done and performed and working properly. Unfortunately there is another issue that the customer was made aware of (from another shop or person) prior to us servicing her truck but we we couldnt diagnose that issue until we fixed her A/C first since it was completely not working when the truck came in. We did quote the customer a price to fix the other issue and she declined. We didnt break it or misdiagnose anything. We had to start with the A/C issue first which the customer was made aware of. Now as far as the Check Engine Light on. Her boyfriend has been communicating with us about it. He is the one that is working on that issue himself. He actually came by the shop (today 7-2-2024)  for us to look at it and give him some advice as to how to fix that issue that is happening which has absolutely nothing to do with us repairing the Air Conditioning. We checked it for FREE and he was very appreciative for that and said that if it doesnt start again then he will continue to work on it himself.  We offered to check it again for free if it doesnt start. He thanked us and went about his day.

    we did refund the customer $120 for the checkout per the customers request in the form of a check. That will be the only refund available. 

    Air Conditioner now works but unfortunately only works on one side of the dash board because of the Air Box System that has been tampered with prior to us servicing it. The entire box will need to be replaced which requires the entire dash board to be removed and will be a 3-4 day process. 

    We definitely sympathize with the customer but in all reality we didnt do anything wrong. Any shop that would have serviced this A/C would have started the same exact way we did. It is impossible to check a system of any sort if the system is not working or even turning on.
