Be cautious dealing with this company!! I signed a contract on 05/21/2025 with salesman to have bath to shower remodel in the amount of $13,976.00 with a $1,000 deposit. Tried to get ***** of salesman a few days after to request a change to shower door and shower type. He never returned my call. Did recieve a call from Sales Manager 10 days later after numerous requests made and finally threatening to cancel contract. ****** to changes and agreed to pay an additional $916. However, there was no certain installation or completion date provided. Received, telephone call today, 06/06/2025 from representative wanting to collect the additional $916.00. I said I would pay it when the work is completed. The repesentative said it was due now but completion date was still uncertained. I told her I then wanted to cancel contract and return of the $1,000. I was told that if I wanted now to cancel contract, I would owe 33% of the Agreements purchase price! Per agreement, "If Buyer attempts to cancel this Agreement at any time after midnight of the third business day after the date of the Agreement.... cancellation fee equal to 33%". She gave me a choice, pay now or it would be turned over to collection agency, Every since the salesman left he hasn't contacted us and it has been frustrating! The Sales Manager on 05/31 said the supllies had been ordered and work could by done by the end of June. Person today wanting to collect the $916 said nothing has been ordered and date for bath to shower conversion is still uncertain. Contract states: "Installation is scheduled to begin and be completed 8-10 weeks from date of agreement." I cannot at this time comment on the quality of work or materials. But, I am concerned! Again, be cautious if you contact Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Chicagoland for an estimate. If you intend to sign "their" contract, read it thoroughly! You may not ever hear from that "nice" salesperson again but you could be stuck with owing 33% of the contract price!

Look, their installers, were fine, their salesman was overboard and yes I paid ****** dollars for a bathtub that retails for about 900 after checking. My real issues are plenty and well I am currently really disabled. I cant recall things, conversations. H*** I can never find my keys or remember where I am going, to the point I got lost about a block from my house on a dog walk. Never the less, as I am getting into my jacuzzi bath 30 hours after install, little pieces of black gasket come flying out the jets. Well maybe two of the jets work, and the water does not get above 85 degrees. I talked to the Customer serve team then the manager ********. Well first she blamed the hot water heater, after taking photos and showing her that my sink four feet away gets 110 degrees she blamed my township and asked who I talked to (the inspector duh, but hey not everyone is as dumb as a disabled person with major cognitive decline aka me), then she blamed the fact that I was not using a laser pointer at the shower level. Look I spent ***** dollars on a jacuzzi, I just want a warm if not hot bath. Yes I then had to complain about the jacuzzi they sold me as it had a total of six jets, and none could help my condition being pointed at the back and neck. So I have 2 working jets, a bath tub that is warmer that at its hottest is colder than the room it is in for half the year, and customer service team that lies to me. Oh and spent half my yearly income on a tube that meets none of the criteria I asked for from *** the sales guy when I got the tub. I am thinking of going to the *** because this is basically criminal, attempting gaslighting by the customer service team as above explained and then well, I mean I have issues I woke up at 1 am a week after my bath tub was installed upset about my bath tub being installed. Pathetic, disgusting awful humans. I would place a pox on their souls if they had any. ---crying old man.Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Chicagoland

The 2 day job that took 1 month to finish. It started out well until they went to install the door for the shower. It was not measured **rrectly and was too large. Jacuzzi NEVER called our mother to explain was they were going to to do or were doing? ( Mom is 92) after a week I called Jacuzzi. I was told they were trying to figure it out its a door not rocket science. After 2 weeks and multiple calls to them they told me the glass door **mpany would be **ming out. They **uld not give me a phone number to the glass door ** only a name. I looked them up and called them. They came out within a week and installed the door shortly after measuring it. This project started 11/6 it was **mpleted 12/6. 1 week if in**nvenience is livable 1 month is a bit much. Jacuzzi called today for payment. I asked about a credit for the in**nvenience they told me we got a custom door. Sorry but The door was part of the shower remodel. Not sure why ******* thought it wouldnt be included. I was also told they are not in The business to give credits but make it right. Again 1 month to get it right?Terrible customer service. On Sept. 9, 2024 they assured us that their system was an interlocking system using a J track that was watertight. He said there was no need for caulk.The tub/shower was installed on Oct. 23, 2024. As they were putting up the walls, I noticed gaps. I asked the installer how they were going to cover the gaps. I mentioned what the salesman had said. The installer said they were going to be caulked. The complete opposite of what the salesman sold us. We were extremely disappointed! We called Jacuzzi and talked to the operations manager, ***** ******, who stated that the system we were promised did not exist and that there was nothing they could do. He just mentioned that there is a warranty on the caulking, which is not a solution. Then, the next day, they came to install the other shower. Demolished the old shower and the new pan was too short. We assumed the measurements were incorrect when it was ordered, and we wanted to check with Jacuzzi. The installer did not like that we had more issues and just walked out, leaving us with a demolished bathroom.We didnt hear anything for 3 1/2 hours. When the project manager returned our calls, he said the installers said we were racists. Unbelievable! Not only did they leave the job unfinished, they damaged my new laminate flooring because they did not cover it and they left us messes in the bathrooms and basement. They have no respect for your home. There was no apology or any rectifications from the manager.The next day they came and installed the other shower but had ordered the wrong door. So, they had to oder another one. They said they would let us know when it was in. So we have an unusable shower now. The water pressure in the other one is low since they replaced the plumbing. We called them about the issue and they said it will be 3 weeks before someone can come out. They really do not value their customers.Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Chicagoland

I had comfort shower jacuzzi do walk in shower. There never was never a leak . During the copper pipe the gentle man went to his truck and got silver looking coupler to connect to the brass copper fitting *** now I have a leak. This problem was not resolved. Therefore I find the commitment to service and warranty to be dishonnest.Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Chicagoland

I have not used this company for any services other than inquiring about a ****************. For the last three months, they have been calling me from different numbers every single day multiple times a day even though Ive asked to be removed from the call list. Its harassment and I dont know how else to get the company to stop calling me. The woman who answers hangs up on me regularly and this is absolutely outrageous at this point. Beware that if you file an inquiry with them about future projects, and you ask them to stop calling you, you will receive attitude as well as continued calls, it doesnt matter if you ask nicely.Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Chicagoland

5 starsAlthough I wasn't there during the installation my grandson said the guys were wonderful they gave him step-by-step information on everything they were doing. Took pictures and called me before they began drilling for the plumbing. When I got home I was in awe also want to note commutation with comfort was right on
