    I was having issues with my phone on the exterior end, the casing was going bad, the screen was falling apart, and the buttons fell out, as well as fixing the usb port. On September 9th 2024, I asked this company, EZ On Wireless, to repair that, and they repair the outside. I was then informed that my phone was under warranty, and thus I should call them to cancel it. While I did call that night on my mother's phone, there was no answer as it was slightly after closing. I did leave a message to not work on the phone, though I conceded that if they already started then I will pay for it. When picking up the phone, at first it seemed that it was fixed; but oddly no acknowledgement of the message I left their business the other day. However, suddenly my phone could no longer connect to any mobile network, despite that issue not happening before the repair. This means that I can not make a call or send a message outside being connected to a wifi network, despite my mobile plan having unlimited data, and I was nowhere near reaching the cap. I thought there was service outage, only for my parents to not have that issue. Then I thought that the *** Card may have gone bad, but after hours of troubleshooting and 3 replacements, it was determined the *** card was not the issue, but rather the phone itself can no longer physically connect to a network. As this was not an issue before, but suddenly is an issue now, I was able to narrow down that this company botched the repair and somehow physically damaged my phone so that it can no longer connect to a network outside wifi; no other party has touched it since that date. The only settlement I'm looking for is a refund as I did not pay for a botched job.
