Never ordering from this site again. ************************** **************** is atrocious. Gave them all the pictures they requested and they just stopped responding to emails once I gave them all the info they wanted and they didn't even change the picture on their site! They sent me needles with the lock red not blue or clear like in the pictures. The description even says it's clear. Why they even make needles with blood red locks makes no sense to me. This is very difficult to see if you're drawing blood for IM injections until it's too late and mixed in your syringe. Do not buy from this company!! They take no responsibility for sending you what isn't advertised. Also, if you post anything but a very positive 4 or 5 star review on their products they will not submit them.

customer did not receive the incorrect item, the hub being a different color but does not interfere with drawing of medications. The model number delivered by the vendor is correct on the package. Because of shortages the hub can be multiple colors and is not noted. We have refunded the customer because yes this was not followed up in a timely manner.Review fromthomas t

We ordered compression sleeves from Allegro Medical (a Scrip company) on the advice of our chiropractor. We ordered on 8/5/24 and 21 days later had not heard one word from the company regarding shipping info. We also emailed an inquiry during that time as to our order and 5 days later still no reply. We called yesterday (8/26) and after a lengthy hold, was told the product is no longer available and our charge would be credited. As of yet, no credit to our charge and no email confirming that our order has been cancelled. The person on the phone could have cared less when I told her their company has the worst customer service we had ever experienced. Ho hum as far as she was concerned. If our **** is not credited back the $214 charge by tomorrow, we will dispute it on our card. This company is terrible!!!! Do not do business with them unless you want a total exercise in frustration.Scrip, Inc.

We do apologize for this issue with your order. This was a dropship item from the manufacture and they did not inform us until we inquired about your order that they discontinued this item. I had been ordering from this company for 9 years. On my last order I did not receive the product. I was on the phone with them for hours over this issue. They said I did not choose the correct address and that they shipped it to my old address. That is not true. After much arguing they said they would ship it out again. Again I did not receive it. They then said that they shipped it to the wrong address again. And, they said if I wanted the product I would have to pay for it, AGAIN. So I am out the money and never received the product. These people are rude; I have not received my product, and they have taken my money.Scrip, Inc.

I emailed this company immediately after placing an order (forgot to include apartment number and selected wrong item) as there's no easy way to cancel orders which I'm now realizing is probably by design. Heard nothing back via email. I contacted them by phone Monday and was told by a customer service rep that my order had been canceled successfully and I wouldn't be charged...****. Tuesday morning I checked my account statement to find that the money had been taken out of my account. I had better see a refund for that fraudulent charge ASAP.Steer clear of this company. I really wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I will be notifying my bank about the fraudulent charge.Scrip, Inc.

I wish i had checked reviews before purchase!!! I ordered urgent medical supplies to be delivered by the time my father came out of hospital; no delivery or communication by expected shipping date. i called and emailed asking status and if not coming cancel order. was told coming soon!! emailed back asking what is soon? received email saying it will be delivered the following day. nothing was delivered. I ordered from amazon as per mail. finally items came after the amazon delivery. I have been calling and emailing to return and refund money with no success.I will continue to write bad reviews on every site until i get refund. or company declare bankruptcy!!!Scrip, Inc.

Hello, we have refunded you for this item that delivered with in the **** time frame stated on our website. 1 starThis company is terrible. I ordered a product. It was to come in a month. When it didn't, I wrote twice to find out what happened and received no response back. Then I got a credit memo for the item, refunding my money, but with no explanation of why. Was the product discontinued? Did they run out? I finally called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was told the product was on back order with no idea of when new product would be shipped. But there was not one word of explanation until I called.Plus, every day I'd get at least one junk email advertising new products. I would not order from them until they got their act together.
