    This place is amazing I had a 1:00 pm appointment got there at 9:45 am I was out of there at 10:30 am thanks **

    On 11/5/2024 while at Beer Wine and Spirits in ************ the skill game froze up. After being on hold for 5 minutes a representative of Accel Entertainment answered and had to contact a different department to reboot the game. After another 5 minutes the game was finally rebooted. I spun one more time and the game froze up again. So I called again, and this time after 5 minutes I was forced to leave a call back number since all representatives were busy. There was still money on the machine but not wanting to wait any longer I left. Approximately 10 minutes later they called and said I could come back to the location and call them again and they would pay me the amount left on the machine. No other business can operate this way. Why is Accel Entertainment allowed to do this??

    They will lie and say they will help your company grow but once you sign a contract they don't care what will help you grow your business. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

    0 stars. Terrible customer service, no communication between technicians and the people they serve. My ticket got stuck in a machine and I waited 3 hours before I was told a technician couldn't come. ******* is the worst customer service representative I've ever seen.
