    S&S Activewear(********************) misled and took advantage of debit paying customers by adding a 3% surcharge or LCD(Lost Cash Discount). Surcharging on debit card purchases is illegal under federal law. I opened my account back in 2013 and since then, debit card transactions have been overcharged.I reported the issue to the S&S credit department several times yet no refund or acknowledgment of the error.Attached are just few of the "many" ocassions in which a surgcharge was added to a debit card transactions. Copies included are for both online transactions and will-call pick up orders.Note: Merchant manually added the surcharge - hard copy receipt vs invoice total discrepancy.

    On 11/1/2022 an order was placed to S&S Activewear and purchased $617.33 worth of T-shirts and Sweatshirts. Many items from my order were missing and had contacted them for replacements. In with the order was also an extra 31 2XL Sweatshirts extra that were not purchased sent by the company. S&S was not aware of this, so an email was sent with the pictures of the Sweatshirts and an offer to send them back from Miracle Threads LLC if shipping was covered. An email was received 11/8/22 with a shipping label. A call was then received from an S&S Employee stating that if that products had been printed on or pretreated that they were not returnable and would be told to keep and they weren't sure if they could take the items back. More emails were received to Miracle Threads LLC sending another shipping label with a different shipping number. The package was sent through *** (905 US-321, *******, **, *****) on December 28th with the second shipping label sent. A call and email was received 1/26/2023 stating that an invoice will be charged or be turning to collections. The phone calls and emails were from many different employees who didn't know much about the issue and sent many emails still messing up the return order. The label that was sent can not be tracked online or through going in store to talk to an associate at *** of the product. The package was picked up by another *** employee to be shipped with the items that they over sent. My request is that this penalty is removed for being unfairly charged for items and that were shipped back to the company with one of the shipping labels they had provided.
