    On Nov 15, 2022 this. Company scammed $199.95 from my checking account usi ng. My Debit Card. On Nov 16 I saw the deduction. I called the ************ and they would not tell me anything until the money was withdrawn from my account. The next day I called the number listed. Ring 3 times then hang up. No one ever answered the phone. The credit union said the company had 10 days to answer thier request, which would have been Nov 30 to replace the money. It didn't happen. The ************ said I had ordered a product. A total false statement. They said it was up to me to recover my money gave me a number to call. I did. It is not a working number. The number given to me is ************. I found another number on the internet ************. It said not a working number.

    My credit card account was hacked. Made several atempts to contact company with no response. Called them day of charges and every day afterwards, still no response. Below is copy of my email to company;*********************** <************************>Nov 12, 2022, 12:04 PM (3 days ago)to support, inquiry Good day,Someone has hacked my account and made a $119.98 order from you. I did not authorize that charge. Cancel immediately and return funds.Confirm receipt of this request.KetoByDaeleah.com ************ $119.98 All I demand is my money returned. Card has been shut down!

    This company illegally charged me for a purchase I did not make. When I called them to inform them, I was told that their computer system had been paused and that someone was forwarding phone calls to their company phone number. 3 days later their computer system is still paused and the number listed on their website is the same number I am callingnothing is being forwarded. I have contacted my bank, but the behavior of this company is suspect, to say the least. According to the website, this business may also be under Katani, LLC.
