    This business failed to disclose service fee amount and it was automatically added on the policy amount total. When my family asked about the extra charges months later ******** ***** the branch manager explained that they charge a fee. We responded and stated that the fee was never explained to us or disclose nor did we receive paperwork upon signing up for a 6 month policy. The only document we received was the total amount for the policy it self. Nowhere on that document did it disclose an additional fee. When we brought this up to the manager, she tried to get my family to sign the fee acknowledged paperwork right there and then. I said no, my family member will not be signing this acknowledgment document because its been months since she started the policy and she never agreed or acknowledged the fee upon selling her a policy. The branch manager ******** ***** ripped the paper in front of my family member and said oh well youre going to have to pay the fee anyway. We were not given the opportunity to make an informed purchase and my family had to pay a fee she never signed on or agreed to. We feel scammed and lied to. The company seems to believe that we dont understand what a service fee is and I continuously explained to them that we understand what a service fee is and the logistics of a business, however the issue is that they are not being transparent with their customers and they attempted to get my family member to sign the acknowledgment months later to cover themselves. Additionally, we were met with unprofessional behavior from the manager and sales agent. Form ripping the paper in front us, rolling their eyes, and not responding when we asked for their business cards The fee should have been waived due to employee error or business malpractice
