I'm a small business and have been using them for @ 2years and spend @ $250,000 in shipping between freight and parcel. They have lost, damaged or destroyed @$20,000 of my products every year with no reimbursement whatsoever and this last one pushed me over my last straw.I paid them to transport and deliver a $5000 custom chandelier to my client in a custom made hardened crate. I've been building crates for 25 years and I'm **** good at it as they dont hire mental geniuses art their shipping centers. You really have to work to damage my crates and I get constant compliments on my crating and packaging from my clients, Take a look online. They showed up at my clients house with a destroyed chandelier, minus crate, How the h*** did they do that!? My client denied the shipment and called me ****** purple., I rushed to build and ship them a replacement chandelier, at my cost, and paid to have it shipped, again at my cost, to my client so I won't have to do a $5000 refund. TForce is now demanding I pay for the original cost of shipping even though they did not deliver it and destroyed my chandelier; They are denying my claim as they cant "find" the chandelier even though they have it somewhere in a warehouse or they just dumped it to avoid paying the claim.DO NOT USE THEM. I want a full refund for my missing chandelier as I'm a small business and that really hurts my bottom line and I really want to give my employees a nice bonus this year, They rushed the replacement chandelier on their weekend and even though I paid them and overtime, it ***** these jerks are denying my claim and insisting I pay for something they clearly did not do.This is not the first time this has happened. I will gather all the other incidents and log then in over the weekend. Its time for them to own up to their lying and mistakes.Thank you and have a groovy weekend!*******

    Business Response

    To whom it may concern,

Please reopen this complaint.  TForce Freight was the actual carrier who moved this shipment.  TForce Worldwide was just the broker.  TForce Worldwide filed the damaged claim against TForce Freight on behalf of our customer.  Per the ******* Amendment, carriers have 120 days to conclude their investigations.  Once they finished their investigation, TForce Freight cut a check to TForce Worldwide for the full amount of the loss.  When we set the claim up for payment to the customer, it was noticed that the customer had not paid the freight charges on the shipment yet, so we had to wait until he did that before approving and cutting the check.

The freight charge was paid this week so we cut the check to the customer in the amount of  $4230.09 on Check# **********. The check will be mailed out today.

    This has now been resolved.

    Kind Regards,

I am rejecting this response because I did pay the invoice and still yet to receive a check and its been 196 days, not 120 as promised.

    Sincerely,

And any recordings from tforce and pictures that the driver took related to the delivery

We scheduled a shipment with them and put the delivery hours on the location where it says "delivery hours" and what do you know they tried to deliver AFTER those hours and said that we have to pay $500 to Redeliver. Guess who's fault that is? The shippers (ours) apparently because you don't put the delivery hours WHERE IT SAYS DELIVERY HOURS of course. You put it in "special instructions". Tell me why its my fault that I put delivery hours where it says delivery hours and not in a random spot where there is no mention of delivery hours or anything on there that suggests putting it in special instructions instead of where it says delivery hours??? Im sorry I am very frustrated as I have a good customer that is upset they still do not have their merchandise and an erroneous bill for re delivery that is excessive and much more then any other carrier would charge for re delivery on a shipment. I have screenshots and proof from the TFWW site showing the delivery hours were entered when creating the shipment. I am very upset that it has come to this when we should not be held at fault for not knowing that delivery hours go in "special instructions" and not where it says delivery hours very clearly under the customers address information on the site. I was told Tforce worldwide is not the same as tforce when it is clearly a subsidiary and also the information generated on the *** shows the tforce information which shows all of it is one in the same and should not be the shippers fault for not knowing about something like that.
