    I am having issues with ********* Welding and Fabricating Services (recommended by ****) and I need your *************** is the timeline:7/25 **** matched us up with *********.7/29 **** measured steps.7/31 Received quote from ****.8/6 Hired ********* via ****.8/12 Received via email invoice from *********.8/18 Paid 50% Deposit totalling $945.00 via Zelle (PMT split in two) **** texted he will "get everything going".8/19 Texted **** the concrete steps were poured (********* couldn't start until the concrete steps set for 2 weeks). **** replied via text "Great I will put a note in my notes for 2 weeks from now to get started on the railing so the concrete has plenty of time to cure'.8/31 Texted **** asking if he will need to remeasure the steps (**** texted back no need).9/7 Missed appointment to do work.9/20 Sent **** message via **** asking for status. **** replied he has a form he will email to me to sign.9/22 Missed appointment to do work.9/28 Sent **** message via **** that I never received the email with the form.9/28 Missed appointment to do work.10/5 **** dropped off hard copy of form to sign (he says he needs it for the village).10/5 Signed form and left for **** to pick-up.10/5 Missed appointment to do work.10/7 **** picked up hard copy of form.10/11 Texted **** asking for status (yet again) and he replied will be here on 10/13 to do the work in full, then will send out for powder coat and should have it back 2-3 days.10/13 Missed appointment to do work.

    We were having a lot or communication issues as time went forward our only form of communication was texting which doesnt work the greatest through plateform services or for me since I receive a lot of buisness texts throughout the day generally up to 30. I always tried calling to talk and discuss the issues at hand but couldn never get ahold through call. I was having a hard time as well trying to obtain a permit and it took 3 weeks to receive the material afterwards. Either way it did take way longer than anticipated and expected so I did the correct thing and refunded my customer the full amount paid for the deposit. No hard feelings on it as I do understand.
