    A great experience all around from a small business that has been around for quite awhile and takes care of the local customers and not so local as well.*** in the office assisted me right away and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in making my carpet purchase. Shes a great asset and made my decision making process so much easier. She gave me options and helped me narrow my final choice.The installer was professional, friendly and efficient.The ordering process, scheduling, and installation was a breeze. I ordered on a Monday and was able to enjoy my new carpet by Friday. I credit this ease to the fact that Petes is a local company that really takes care of their clients with great customer **********************. ********************** will certainly be my choice when I replace my carpet for 1-2 more rooms in the future.

    Pete's Carpet Service is a carpeting company without peer.He courteously and patiently dealt with our 5 member HOA board, answering questions, showing us many different options, educating us, and bending over backwards to insure that we got what was perfect for us. It was a large project that had many challenges due to orientation of hallways and problems with subflooring on certain floors, they handled every problem without missing a beat. ****'s was truly a pleasure to deal with, they have it all, quality, service, and value. We wouldn't even think of using anyone else now if another carpeting project came up.

    I highly recommend Pete's Carpet Service. From start to finish, they are professional and did an excellent job installing LVP flooring in my house. Customer ********************** was the best. I would and will definitely hire them again!

    Was referred to ****'s by my contractor during a basement finishing project. **** came out to show us options, answered our questions, and was a pleasure to work with.On the day of the install, the team showed up on time and were also very courteous and friendly --- something that's really nice to have when you are in a project like this, with work people constantly coming in and out of your home. They got the job done in a timely way, and did a tremendous job, putting the final "icing on the cake" to our beautiful remodel. I would absolutely work with ****'s again, and refer them to people we know.

    I highly recommend working with Pete's Carpet Service. The guidance and knowledge of the team was very helpful which led us to pick a carpet that we love. We were able to get a quote right away and installation happened the following week. The customer **********************, the quality of carpet and work was top notch. I truly enjoyed working with this team!

    After a paint spill, I needed new carpet in a bedroom quickly! Working with *** over the phone made the entire process incredibly easy. We communicated and coordinated new carpet type/color/measurements and a speedy installation date. Old carpet was removed and taken away and the new one installed in under two hours. Looks wonderful - makes me wish I had replaced all the carpet years ago! Due to my busy schedule, I didn't meet *** and **** until after the process was complete. Glad I did, though. They are so friendly and professional.

    I would highly recommend ****'s Carpets! **** and *** are great to work with. Courteous and professional. They answered all our questions. **** came out to our house, reviewed the space provided different types of carpeting and recommend what worked best for our floor. When it came time to install our carpet, the installers were fantastic! They were prompt, friendly, and professional. I would use ****'s Carpet again for all my flooring needs!
