    Seems like a fake company. I called within 10 minutes to cancel an order, but nobody answers. It just sends you in an automated loop. The only option it gives is to leave a message, but all of their mailboxes are full, so you can't. Seems like a scam to me.

    Hi, I am unsure when you called. If you called on July 3rd, our offices were closed for the July 4th holiday. Only our warehouse staff was here shipping out orders. Otherwise we are here from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. I assure you we are not a fake company. We have been in business since **** and have over 15 stores across the US. Hope this helps.     I ordered supplements from 2 companies on Thursday, one of them being Best Price Nutrition. I received my product from the other company on Saturday. Having not received my BPN order by Tuesday, I contacted them and was informed that my order would not ship for another ***** hours. I cancelled the order. As a friend of mine says: price, quality, service. Choose two.

    I placed an order on April 12, 2023 and emphasized that I'm travelling to take them for my ill mother. She told me that I should get it on Monday April 17. I did not receive and called to find out that they have not shipped the items yet. I was frustrated and asked for a supervisor. I objected to him for their service. He did not care, made fun of me and replied sarcastic remarks. I wonder when will he realize human aspect of his life. l lost 5 days and wasted time with Best Price Nutrition. I'm travelling in 3 days. I will have to buy the items somewhere else with extra expediting shipping cost.

    Absolutely horrible company that has almost zero customer service- they will bait and switch you to products and often just switch you to a product different from the one you ordered. When this happened to me i called them several days in a row and left messages and never got a response finally I tricked their answering service into connecting me to one of the managers who informed me the mistake was mine and that I somehow ordered the wrong product when I pointed out to them that I did not order the wrong product and I asked them to check and see if they did have the product I ordered they informed me as I suspected that they were out of stock in that item so not only did they substitute the product and ship the wrong one they lied about it and tried to blame it on me worse even after discovering their deception you think they would be happy to reimburse me but they insisted that I would have to ship the product back at my expense to get a refund . STAY AWAY !!!
