    On 06/17/2023 I went to Car Care Auto Center to see if they could find the source of a leak coming from underneath my vehicle, a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They told me that it was leaking from the water pump and a belt would need to be replaced with it. The price quoted was a little over $800.00. I gave consent, paid $863.65 and went home after the work was done. During the next day or two I see that it was still leaking from underneath my vehicle and the leak had not been fixed. It was still leaking on my garage floor which I did take video of. On 06/24/2023 I took my vehicle back to Car Care Auto Center to tell them the leak was not fixed. After putting my vehicle on the lift a different mechanic said it was a differential oil leak and that it had to be done by the Jeep dealership. I requested a refund for the misdiagnosis for the prior visit and they flat out refused. The Invoice #*****. They fraudulently replaced Water Pump ************* Water Pump, Serpentine Belt, Accessory Belt. After visiting the Jeep dealership their diagnosis for the leak was the motor mounts. All I want is my money back. I could get the video uploaded. If there is another way to get the video to you please let me know. Thank you.

    This is the first email I received regarding this issue.  The vehicle was brought in for a leak and a overheating concern in the engine compartment,  after pressure testing the system there was a trail of antifreeze from the failed water pump.  The customer was brought out to her vehicle and was shown were the leak was and what had to be replaced to repair that one concern.   She authorized the work and it was completed.

    I am rejecting this response because: At the first visit I was not shown on my vehicle where the leak was coming from nor was the engine overheating. I was brought to the repair area and was told they thought the leak was coming from the water pump. There was nothing wrong with the water pump or anything else other than a leak. It wasn't water leaking on my garage floor. It wasn't until the second visit when I took my vehicle back to them because it still had the same leak. I was brought into the repair area by a second mechanic and was then shown underneath my vehicle who said it was a differential leak and that it needed to be repaired by the Jeep dealership. I brought my car in for an unidentified leak, there was only one leak and it was not fixed.
