    Ace Hardware announces online that they have a policy of easy returns and will accept returns in the store for purchases made online. I visited the Bourbonnais store and ****** didn't seem to know that. When I got there today to return an item I purchased 6 days ago, she told me I needed to see ***** and informed me to go to the back of the store and wait and that ***** was busy. I waited and then she called me to the front to give me some more difficulty returning the item. Three times she reminded me that ***** was busy. This was anything but an easy transaction. I told ****** that I needed something in writing to show that I had returned my item and she reminded me again that ***** was busy. I waited. ***** did show up and gave me a return form. I'll never shop at Ace again. Today, *************** made me feel unwelcome.
