    i bought a ****** camry in january of 2022. bought the extended warranty. i came back in april and canceled the warranty and told the guy i was trading the car in at another dealership the same night. he told me the refund for the warranty would go to the balance of the car loan or, since i was trading the car in, the refund would go to me since the car would be traded before it could be credited to my loan. its been since april of 2022 and i have yet to receive my refund. every time i call the dealership, im transferred to someone in finance and it always goes to voice mail. and ive never had a call returned. also, i know i am owed a refund because i bought a **** truck in 2021. i went back on jan of 2022 to that **** dealership and canceled my warranty and then went to this ****** dealership and bought the camry in jan of 2022. a few months later the **** dealership sent me a warranty refund check. but here i am waiting for over a year for this ****** dealership to give me my refund.
