  Email 1 - ****, Writing you in regards to the damage of our property.Your company removed trees the morning of Saturday July 20th at *****************Our property is the adjacent property to the north located AT *****************************During the tree removal process our overhead garage doors have been damaged / the driveway is marked up and stained / there are divots in the lawn. Email 2 - ******************** stopped by our property on Tuesday morning July 23rd. We discussed the issues - power wash the driveway / press out garage door damage from the inside of the insulated doors (not sure this process will work and or repair the damage).We agreed he would return the same afternoon to correct the garage door damage and clean the driveway.Email 3 - **** / ************************* and a worker arrived on Wednesday July 24th at 5:30 pm.They connected a power washer and began to wash the driveway the pressure washer did not remove the markings from the driveway.***** inspected the garage door panels and was unable to repair the damage.The damage to the lawn was not discussed.We would expect this to be a high priority.Please advise this afternoon or by 12pm Friday July 26th to avoid further actions.Email 4 - ********************* Update;******* thank you for the phone call this morning Monday July 29th at 8:53 am.We discussed the damage to our property. You suggested several different options to repair the garage door panels and marks / stains on the driveway (the lawn was not discussed).I requested a garage door company and a driveway company to visit the property and recommend the proper repairs for both parties.You stated you will contact a contractor and get back to me.You called me at 9:28 am and stated you are not responsible for the garage door damage and would make one more attempt to clean the driveway.I disagreed with your decision. It is unfortunate this decision was made.

  There was a big derecho storm that came through the whole town and all the surrounding towns. When we got there, there were 5ft high piles of brush and debris down most block. There was damage everywhere,. half of the tree was already down in his yard and driveway from the neighbors house , and ***** gave us permission to use his driveway and property. We did not damage his garage doors, we were no where near his doors, you can tell by the scuff marks in the driveway. I attached a couple pictures and videos of what it looks like right now. One video shows where his garage door was smashed before a couple years ago. He admitted it was damaged prior but seems to be blaming us for something we were no where near. After we went over to help and make him happy the third time we went over there and seen we did not damage his doors he stated to just clean the driveway and he would handle the rest with his neighbors insurance. I told him that it had nothing to do with his neighbors tree and that he was being scandalous about his neighbors insurance he was trying to make a claim on something that didn't happen, there for I want nothing to do with cleaning his driveway . We have talked to a few employees that have talked to him that he went from no problem to us damaging his doors that are clearly old damage he has been hiding behind the rock.   we didn't do it. The damage was prior to our arrival as he stated he was going to get ahold of the neighbors insurance company. we have a few witness's that were there that already made statements that we were no where near there. his neighbor was out there as well. we were no where near his doors. feel free to give us a call to interview our guys ************

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The pictures clearly show scratches and damage to the garage doors and driveway that was caused by the tree removal.

  A video is available to show damage in more detail (upon request by the BBB).

  Four Seasons agreed the damage had occurred and made attempts to clean the driveway and repair the garage doors during last week. The attempt to fix the garage doors and pressure wash the driveway did not repair the damage. 

  Additional attention to the driveway and garage doors is required.
