      Rit clothing dye is an absolute scam, it did get out any basic stains out of my clothing or even tint my clothing a black of any sort, the problem is is they've been in business for a long time doing this to a lot of people and there's a lot of complaints and they never get their money back I wasted my time purchasing their product for no reason and then pocket in my money, it's a scam please get my refund from them and let them keep scamming people somewhere else in another country.

      Hello,

      We did respond to this customer letting them know that our instructions state that you should remove stains before dyeing. We also provided them with a link to the instructions stating that dye does not remove stains. 

      The product was not defective and the customer did not follow instructions. Thus, a refund was not offered.
