    On September 2, 2023, I brought our vehicle to Express Auto Repair for a routine oil change. Approximately two hours after the service, our car began experiencing an oil leak. We promptly communicated this issue to the auto repair shop, seeking their assistance in resolving the matter. Regrettably, we have not received any substantial support from their end.The auto repair shop informed us of their proposed charges for addressing the problem, which amounted to $200.00 for labor and $350.00 for parts. It is essential to emphasize that our vehicle exhibited no issues prior to the oil change service conducted by Express Auto Repair. This is evident from the work order sheet, which indicates that we previously visited the same establishment on May 26, 2023, during which they replaced the drain plug due to a minor crack.During our visit on September 2, 2023, the auto repair shop informed us that our vehicle was experiencing a minor oil drain leak once again, specifically stemming from the previously replaced drain plug. They further advised us to seek an inspection of the oil pan at the dealership. In our pursuit of resolution, we attempted to obtain assistance from the shop on multiple occasions before considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, these attempts yielded no favorable outcome.On September 7, 2023, my wife engaged in a discussion with the manager, *****, in an effort to seek assistance and find a mutually agreeable solution to this matter. Regrettably, we received the same response and were directed to the dealership for further inspection.We earnestly request that Express Auto Repair #*** address and rectify this issue with our vehicle as soon as possible. We emphasize that there were no pre-existing problems with our car prior to their service, and we trust that they will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation promptly.
