    On 7/28/23 me and my father went went to R.O.S Window ******************************** because I wanted to powder coat my calipers an illusion red color. ******************************* was the one that attended us and told us that he does powder coating in his shop. We then negotiated the price and told us that it was a 3 year warranty for his work if anything happened. He told me to return on 7/31/23 because he couldnt work on them on 7/28/23. The price was for $460 for all my four calipers plus $100 for my 20pc black gloss spike lug nuts totaling $560. He agreed by saying it was going to take 3-5 business days, so I waited and I showed up on 8/4/23 at 11am to asked if they were ready. He said no, it turns out that he never started the work on my two front calipers. Since I only had two working brake clamps to hold the brake line for the brake fluid not to come out, he wanted me to bring the other two rear calipers so that he can do them all at the same time. We never agreed on that but I trusted him on his work. On 8/5/23 at 11am I dropped off the two rear calipers and waiting another 3-5 business days but took longer than that. On 8/15/23 at 12pm, he was showing me the work and it was a total mess. I was questioning him why some parts were not painted properly. The paint was easily coming off, other parts were chipped, scratched, and they damaged my rubber seal from one of my rear calipers. And he told me that the rubber seal was already damaged when I brought them in but hes lying because they werent damaged. When I asked for a refund for the bad work, he told me that Im not getting my money back nor he was willing to fix them. Even though he gave me a 3 year warranty which he did not put on the receipt, he was telling me that it was a 1 year warranty and was not honoring the price on the receipt so he wanted to increase the price to $580. All Im asking, is for ****** to refund me my money back of $460 for his bad quality work. I also have two videos to provide as proof if needed.
