I bought 3 used tires from Tire Zone which were installed. I did notice the technician had to patch 3 holes in one of them which was the tire I am complaining about. Being thats its was too dark inside and snowing outside that day of install. I really could not see the type of tire that was installed. On the first clear sunny day I decided to wash my car. And as I was going to add shine to the tires I noticed dry rotting and 1 tire which was patched and replaced by them was low in air. I called location and spoke to an older middle eastern gentleman who stated to bring back and he will fix. I went immediately. Upon completion, he charged me again for another used tire and said We don't have warranty. Their used tire prices are really high in price already at $55. I was forced to pay again which was unfair as I did not have funds available and Im asking for a full refund as this issue was their responsibility for having bad quality used tires possibly from a junkyard. This tire seems like it was sitting for a long time outside since there was visible dry rotting. There was no signage for refund or warranty visible.
