    In April of 2022, I purchased two lifting devices from LGH. They accepted my credit, accepted my money and have yet to produce the parts I ordered. I have emailed numerous times only to be told it is being built/shipped/or I'll send you a tracking number. This is now 11 months old with no parts as I ordered.

    The customer purchased 2 Mat Jacks which were a non-stock item that we ordered directly from the manufacturer as a ship direct sale to the customer.  We had several email exchanges with the customer from the time the order was placed until the order was received by the customer on 3/1/23 which happens to be the same day that the complaint was filed.  Unfortunately in this case the delays were beyond the control of LGH.  We did offer ***************** a full refund on 2/24/23 since we understood that the delays were extensive and wanted to give him the option to try to get them elsewhere.  Our apologies for this bad experience but the delays and missed deadlines were beyond our control.
