  The owner said she would get back to me in 2 weeks and replace the bottom panel and she did not get back to me I would not recommend able garage doors company the bottom panel was buckled out

  Hello *****************, I, *****************************, the owner and President of ********************** *** have personally been in contact with you several times regarding your damaged panel. We apologize if you felt this has not but handled to your liking but allow me to remind you of the events that have transpired since you seem to have forgotten. ****** has documented conversations with you as well. We take photos after all installations (including your garage door) showing the panels were in perfect condition when we completed installation. Unfortunately, your garage slab (floor) and apron are not in perfect condition and it was apparent you either closed the garage door on top of something causing the crease or it was simply slammed to the ground with too much force. You open and close the door manually so the only way for this damage to occur would be under your control. The manufacturer has determined that the damage is not covered under warranty since its not a product defect. Clopay is a quality manufacturer that would willingly replace the panel had it been a defect; they have done so for us when warranted for other clients. It is unfortunate that damage was caused to your panel but you know I have been on your side trying to find a resolution to this matter. I have repeatedly told you that even though it was determined that your panel is not a warranty issue that we would replace the panel as soon as it becomes available since they are currently not in stock due to ongoing shortages.. We are still willing to honor the new panel but will not allow for our company's reputation to be tarnished over a false review insinuating we have been avoiding you. You and I have spoke on more than 5 occasions in October alone for over 1 hour about this issue so please refrain from any further fallacies regarding this matter simply because you are not satisfied with ******'s decision. Let us know how you would like to proceed. All future contact regarding this matter will be handled in writing to avoid any further confusion and to keep us all honest.
