    On July 30 2022, I attended Grupo Firme concert at the Seat Geek stadium. I had section A4 row 1 seats 1&2. The security at the facility failed to control the public. We were getting slammed against the metal bars. I notified security as we couldnt move, and that everyone was pushing us. The security guard proceeded to state, what do you want me to do, its going to happen and left the area. We couldnt move and I started having trouble breathing from all the people pushing against us. We kept notifying the security guards and they kept ignoring us. Finally a security guard listened to us as we wanted to just remove ourselves from the area as it got really out of control.

    Date of transaction: April 22, 2022 thru ticket Master Total amount: $3520.24 We had purchased floor tickets near the stage of a concert on July 30th, 2022. The entire concert was chaos. There was no organization whatsoever. We were unable to get to our seats. We were stuck in a crowd standing throughout the concert. They closed the parking lots. We had to park far and walk all the way to the stadiumWe had to wait in line for a long time to get a wristband. We missed 1/4th of the show. Noone was able to help us get our seats. People that didn't pay for floor tickets snuck into the floor. We have a lot of proof. There are many people complaining all over social media. I contacted ticketmaster but they cannot help me. I emailed seat geek Stadium and have not heard from them.

    I attended a concert yesterday, July 30, 2022, at Seatgeek Stadium in **********, **. I paid $550 for my ticket plus fees. The venue was completely unorganized. No one was checking for the wrist bands for the vip section nor were they verifying your seats. There was so many people in the aisles that is was nearly impossible to walk through the crowd. In the process, I was pushed, cussed out and my glasses were knocked off my face. Now my glasses a crooked but luckily not broken. As I get closer to where I thought my seat was I realize I was on the wrong side. I reached out to one of the security guards who was standing on the opposite side of the barricades and asked for help in getting to my seat. He suggested I stay were I was because the people were violent. Why? I paid to sit in a specific seat, I should be able to sit in it. Well, trying to get over one section where my seat was, was a nightmare. I had a young man get all in my face because one of the security guards said I could cut across the front row to get to the section I needed to be in. Mind you, this man was probably in his twenties and Im in my fifties. I finally make over to the correct section and I could not move any further. I could see my seat but it literally was not safe to try and get to my seat where by the way someone was standing in. In fact everyone was standing in their seats. These people were rude, violent and drunk. So I had to stand the entire time during the concert. I have never attended an event where I actually felt I could be harmed. By far the worst experience ever. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund.

    We bought floor tickets for a concert and the traffic was insane due to lack or organization. Eventually police needed to be called. It took us 1 1/2 hours just to get into the parking lot, resulting in us missing an hour of the show. When we got in, there was chaos. Everyone on the floor level was standing on top of chairs and there were a lot of more people down there then chairs. Not enough security or workers to keep crowds in order. We paid for floor seats and stood the entire time because it took forever to find row B5 in the massive crowd, and by the time we did find it there were people on top of all of those chairs, none of which were labeled for us to ask for the spots. It was insane. I have never seen that level of disarray at a concert. Security did nothing to contain crowds coming down to floor level. No one stayed in their seats.

    On 4/22/22 via TicketMaster I bought 2 tickets to a concert at SeatGreek for 7/30/22. My total for the tickets were $1,052.12. I arrived at the event on time, however it was my first time at the event. There was none to minimal staff available at the event to help direct individuals. I approached multiple individuals to help me get to my seat. Many responded with I dont know. One girl told me, This is my first day here so dont ask me questions. After ************************************************* the other side of the stadium to get wristbands. I was never informed I needed a wristband. The line to get wrist bands was very long. A male in line got upset and flipped the table over where the wristbands were being given out, which caused me to wait even longer. There was no security to handle this individual. When we finally got to our seats & the concert started, many individuals crowded the walk ways to get closer. This was a major hazard to everyone at the concert. No security or staff members directed anyone to their seats. A fight broke out a row behind ******* took security over 45 minutes to even notice something was going on. In order to see the concert, I had to stand on a chair for over 2 hours. I did not see any staff members or security trying to handle the situation. There was no monitoring done in order to ensure that those who bought tickets were in the correct section or seat. I am very unhappy with the staff of SeatGeek and would greatly appreciate if this was further looked into. Thank you.

    I purchased a total of six tickets on April 21 2022 for a total of ********. My event took place yesterday July 30 2022. I bought floor tickets to an event that eventually allowed other guests to come down to the floor stand on chairs and smoke marijuana. Blocking our view and having people steal our seats. We spoke to security but all they did was ignore us. This stadium had poor service people could have gotten hurt while jumping over rails and standing on chairs. It is not fair that we paid so much to not even be able to see the artist. Ended up leaving before the concert ended.

    I bought tickets for band Grupo Firme for July 30, 2022. I live about ***** mins from venue and left 1.5 prior (8pm) set time for concert and was still not able to park my car. My partner never made it inside because of lack of parking. It was disorganized. We were rerouted by security many times to end up going back in circles to try to park in stadium. I eventually walked 4 blocks to stadium which was how far my partner was still in line to park. Line wouldnt move! It was around 9:15 when I made it to the stadium. It was around 10:30 when my partner was informed by security that there was no more parking available and was rerouted again to another line to park. At this point the concert is close to ending. There was no point in trying to come in and have to get stuck in line again just to try to get on the road to go home. I spent $104 dollars per ticket, months prior. It was time and money that was wasted this night. Horrible venue for concerts! Also cash only was accepted for parking. I reached out to stadium but no reply yet and Ticketmaster had no solution for me either.

    Date of transaction May 2nd *********************** the amount of $784.06 for two tickets to SeatGeek Stadium for Concert Grupo Firme on Saturday July 30, 2022 Ticket 1. Was for A3 row 20 seat 1 Ticket 2. Was for A3 row 20 seat 2. I was denied access to the seating area by multiple staff members stating the area was closed. There was no security nor staff members on the floor level to control the pile up people created toward the stage which interfered with my access to my seats. Hundreds of people were crowded in the aisles were multiple men restricted me to pass and threatened me and harassed me as I attempted to push thru the crowd. Everyone was standing on their seats and in the aisles as I was unable to reach my seats nor see the concert. I had to retreat back to the uncrowded area of the floor seats and settle for a back view with no seats to sit in. I have emailed the company with no response as of yet.

    I bought 5 tickets for this last even that happened Saturday July 30th, 2022 for Grupo Firme and my tickets where floor tickets I did not enjoy it at all because everyone was on there chairs in front of us we were not able to see the show that good *** we had is peoples behind on our face we asked them to get down and they ignored us completely after the group started everybody from the top sections started passing to the front they were not checking wristbands anymore so that made it impossible to walk they were not organized at all lines where just out of control I did not enjoy this experience at all and I would like to get my moment back for this I spent a lot of money for me to enjoy this and it was just the most horrible experience ever
