    We purchased a Generac whole house generator from *********************************** Building Services of Chicago LLC. We paid $4000 Bankdraft 7/8/2021 and balance $4193.21 credit card via phone 7/10/21 QuickBook receipt. Due date was 7/14/21 no show or call. Several calls voice mail full, texted no response. Finally he calls install date delayed COVID and supply chain issues. Generator on back order. After long wait we called, it is always COVID and extensive back orders. We complained to *********** but unable to help, authorized dealer received payment not Generac. We filed a police report written as Senior Deceptive Practices by officer 11/18/22. Took 25 days to get a corrected report. He called will install generator mid-January. No show no call we filed complaint with ILL ****** of ******** General or seniors 12/2/22, papers lost had to refile 3/16/23. ******** used the pandemic, embargo, short of workers, truck drivers, supply chain issues to continue his delays. We received an email from Generac stating ******** was no longer an authorized dealer. He was an authorized dealer when we gave him our money. He sold and installed my neighbor's generator in 2021. It took awhile for her installation because of all the same reasons he gave us. That's why we believed he would install what we paid for. During this time my husband was recovering from a stroke/aneurism and neither of us at our best.

    I purchased a Generac generator from Business Services of Chicago and they did not show up on the installation date of August 30, 2022. I attempted to call them many times and have not been able to get an answer. I put at 50% deposit down ($4,805) and looking for assistance in getting my deposit returned. Thanks!

    This company looked at our Generac, charging a service call to identify what part was needed, then indicated at this visit approximately August 8, 2022 that the part would be ordered. It was indicated by the Owner's son that we would be contacted to set up a date to install this part. We reached out by phone, leaving voicemails and email, with no response from this business. It was confirmed with Generac that this part was in stock in August and readily available to ship, so no reason for this delay. This company charged us and then never finished the job. We are asking for a full refund, especially since this company is a dealer listed with Generac. Generac stated a approved dealer should not be providing this type of service to customers. This company will also be reported to the State of ******** ************************** as a company who intentionally scams customers out of their money.

    I first contacted business in July of ******************************************************* ********, **. The business is an authorized dealer for *******. Total price to install is $5,630.62 and i put down half in September 9, 2021. In the contract it states if the *** does not approve the 50% i put down will be refunded. Projected installation date was ***** of 2022 due to covid and supply chain issues. In ***** when I brought it up to the *** , they said no this could not be done. I sent the business owner a ltr from the *** and I never got the money back. I have been following up with registered ltrs that I need my money back. I called the owner of the company and could not get an answer as there is no way to leave a vm because it is full. I called ********** but they only do disputes up to *********************************************************************** they don&#**;t stand behind their dealers. I want my down payment of $2,815.00 back
