  Stay away from any Bosch products, specially dishwashers and the worts customer service ever !!!! Bought a dishwasher almost 5 months ago, its been damage 4 times already, when you call they schedule service for a month later, then theres no pieces to fix it , they dont reply to your emails,, they say they will call you back with a solution and they do not, people that answer the phone identify themselves with their first name, when you ask them their last name they say they will not tell you, straight forward , that there is a bug red flag of a shady company, a so called super over or manager named ******* even hung up the phone when I mentioned I was going to post this review !!! Another one that emailed me a couple of times for my issue, ******* *. ( at least on the email they sign with the first letter of the email ) ************ and the people that work there looks like they are trained just to scam people !!!

  4/15/24 I purchased Bosch refrigerator B36CL80ENS-09 $4000.00.
  From April, 2024 - August 8, 2024 today, there are no Bosch refrigerator water filters to purchase. The manual states water filters last 6 months, they only last 3.5 months. At 3.5 months, my iphone notification told me to replace my water filter, and the water started to taste bad. There are no Bosch water filters available to purchase , EVER. Second, they have terrible technical support, customer support, and the Bosch phone lines roll over to a third party , and those people tell you, they cannot help me. I called at least 8 times total prior and after my purchase, and none of the phone agents would help me with anything, not even to locate a part. They say, we can give you the link to find your own part. We do not provide any technical help, nor do we help customers find parts. Here is the website parts link!!! outrageous terrible low class service for a top of the line German product. To save a nickel Bosch rolls their phones over to third party phone operators. During the day before 2 PST, and after 2 PST . Terrible Terrible. I expect help when I call Bosch and they pride themselves on saying, here help yourself. Bosch provides no technical support, and they tell you that.

  While still under warranty, the Bosch branded junction box for our 800 series dishwasher caught fire. Not only did the box burn up, but the electrical short damaged our dishwasher. We had technicians out to our home ???????? ??????????, and eventually it was deemed unrepairable by Boschs own repairmen.***** then informed us they considered it an installation problem, and would not honor the warranty. Please search Bosch dishwasher fire on the internet, and you will find these boxes are catching fire on a reoccurring basis everywhere. Bosch also refused to communicate to us by email in an obvious measure to not leave a paper trail for this. This product could literally kill you.
