    Creating fraudulent contracts for longevity clients. Pages were added to my contract after it was signed creating a 36 month contract via a third dealer Security Solutions ADT- *******. I did not agree to a 36 month contract. Spoke with a representative ***** who said it was their practice and ADT will be unresponsive as I have to deal with them

    This complaint is baseless. The agreement submitted by the customer clearly states a ******** term. The customer received free equipment and installation valued at $1,250.00 in exchange for this agreement. Additionally, the customer's claim that pages were added after signing is false. The document was created and signed via DocuSign, and the customer was given a ***** right to cancel as part of the agreement. Proof documents, including the DocuSign certificates, are attached.


    Changing ones mind about the service or considering other services does not terminate the agreement. All sums are due and owing as all work was completed, and the agreements are self-explanatory. If further information is needed, please let us know. This complaint should be closed for the reasons stated. No pages were added to the agreement, as the attached agreement and DocuSign certificate demonstrate.

    I bought a system through ADT that only offered ONE indoor camera when we wanted an entire package with several indoor and outdoor cameras. ADT said they could not do this for us so we stuck with them for a little before ****** offered us everything we wanted with 6 Plus cameras and access on an indoor panel. When purchasing our ADT equipment we were told that because we were new to the community, just having moved in 2 days prior, that we received the package with the single camera for free and that we just had to pay for the installation of the panel which was $100. Vivint offered us a buyout option in which we declined because ADT informed us that we owned our equipment and owed no money on it. We called ADT to inform them that we have switched provider in which they informed us that we owe them $1,900 for equipment in which all we had was ONE camera and a single panel barely did anything. I do not like being lied to and taken advantage of as a new resident moving in. ADT was recommend by many in which almost our entire block how now transferred to Vivint after ADT has messed up their account or has not honored their original agreement that was offered. I am offended as a new resident that I would get swindled like this.

    We are sorry to hear about your concerns however our records do not show that we have a contract with this customer. Can you kindly send proof such as a copy of your contract so that we can investigate.
