    At the end of April, my sister, *************************, a very long time resident of Brookfield passed away in a *********** in ****** **..********. She was 97 and had Alzheimers.. had lived there for several years..*********** for about last 2. Her financial advisor for many years was ***********************************************..she was also advisor to my sister ************************* and her husband ***. Because I and all my family live in *******, our niece ******************************* who lives in *************************, ************ agreed to be Executor of ********* will. ******** was left quite a bit of money from our late brother-in-law, ********************* from various insurance policies. ***** took care of ********* money at ******** after ******** was no longer able to. She shopped for her sundries and she and her husband *** visited often until *****. ******** never married or had children. After her death ***** gave ********************* the death certificate, names, addresses and ss #s of ******************* Florences will. ***** refused to take ****** calls and just a week ago agreed to see her in her office. She told ***** that ***** would have to get in touch with LPL herself. Now ***** is dealing with them, first being told to fax 15 pages of info and then saying they cant work with faxes. So ***** had to send all info by certified mail. She died end of April and to this day none of the 17 nieces, nephews, myself and a couple of friends havent received a *****. And it appears ***** has washed her hands of any of this. A man in her office did ********* taxes this year and when ***** got them back she found a huge mistake. She called and called, leaving messages for the preparer in ****** office. Never an answer. Two weeks ago ***** took the taxes to the office to see if they were amended and ***** said they must have fallen thru a crack. ***** had to drive back to Brookfield again last week after she was assured they had been amended awhile ago. ***** checked the date they were amended when she got home, Sept 2!! So bad.
