    We received toner that we did not order. Upon calling the company phone number *************), I was told I would receive a call back. An ******************************* called me back. Two of the first things he said to me, without my suggesting anything, was that 1) he would "just send me a label to mail the toners back", and 2) "it's not like they are a company who would just mail toners as a sales pitch just because they know we have HP machines". This was fishy from the start. *******'s phone number is a ******* number *************), however, ******* has a very thick East Coast accent. Strange, but absolutely feasible. He stated that he could email me the resolution and asked me for my email. I asked him for his email and he gave me ************************************** I have emailed him twice and have received no response. I called the company two more times-the first call was answered by a male, complete static, and the call was breaking up. The second call was a young lady and she said she could not answer any questions. She stated that she was just a receptionist and she would have to have someone call me back.

    On November 16th, we received the attached purchase order from our wholesale customer, TD Synnex, on behalf of their reseller, Staples Advantage.  As clearly shown on the ** the ship to address is to the complaintant's address.  When ********************** contacted us she spoke with our team member ***************  He explained the situation and offered to send a pre-paid label to recover the cartridges for her.   We also contacted TD Synnex and requested that they resolve the matter with their reseller, Staples Advantage.    PCI Brand is a manufacturer of toner cartridges.  We do not sell directly to end-users nor do we ever send invoices to end-users.   All of our business is conducted through our Wholesale Distributer, TD Synnex, and a select group of authorized resellers.     We are sorry that ********************** had a bad experience and have done everything we can to help her resolve the issue.  Unfortunately this transaction did not occur at our level.   I will reach out to ********************** again and try to offer her additional assistance.
