      Quick backstory to explain my frustration, hurt, and disappointment. I have been coming to this location with my friends for the past 4-5 months. Roughly 18 times total, spending well over $1,000 ALONE ( not including what my friends spent ) I established good relationships with many employees, got "good" at racing, and truly enjoyed it. It was a fun Friday night activity, we used to call it "k1 speed therapy". Unfortunately there was a situation that happened, where I admit, I ended up crashing into another racer, but I cant stress it enough, it was a complete accident. NEVER in my 18 times going there have I ever had an issue, I became a "skilled racer", I would never harm other people or damage equipment at a place I enjoy coming to, spending my time and money at. ( And if I was such a problem I would have been kicked out a long time ago ) We did 3 races with the person I hit, manager claims I was purposely bumping into her every race.. NOT TRUE, and if that was the case, why was I never corrected about this behavior. ALSO, my go kart didn't have brakes, and the girl stopped her kart while I was directly behind her, not leaving me with any option but to go directly into her. she states in her review she "stopped the kart" After the incident, I wanted to call and speak with their manager *******, I was told she did not want to talk. 3/4 days later, the EMPLOYEES are telling me I got banned. I called and spoke with *******, in hopes to explain my side, how it was an accident, and hopefully get this ban lifted/ turned into a suspension, with my history there of being a regular, and NOT A "problematic customer" they should have taken that into consideration.Instead, ******* wouldn't let me speak, she then stated she will call me back the next day, I asked if she needed my phone number, she got defensive, started raising her voice, and hung up on me. I have exhausted my resources, NEVER got a call back from them. Thank you. I hope you guys can help.

      We had a birthday party for my daughter on April 15,2023. I had set this up with the online sales representative. The party was $85 a person including pizza, drinks, and arcade cards. I was to pay the remaining balance of my contract when I got to the facility. Once at the facility, they charged me $197.96 over my contracted amount. They double charged me in arcade cards. This made the non-cash adjustment fee increase. I also had to pay more in gratuity because the cashier said the system changed the day before and I had to manually renter the gratuity, which also increased because my total increased.I have left several emails with the sales rep who emailed and said it was their error and they would refund me. I have since heard or received nothing. I have spoken with the manager ********************* several times to which he says he will get back to me, and nothing. I have left emails for the sales, refund team and have heard nothing. I have also left a Yelp review, and did was they advised and again, nothing. I spoke with **** the regional manager, he also has not returned my call. They owe me $196.97 and have not refunded me. Event Id: ***** Order: *******
