1 starI scheduled maintenance service for my AC on June 3, 2025 to be performed on July 28, 2025 @ 12:00pm. I cannot review the quality of service. I sent them a message at 12:00 pm asking if we were still scheduled for service. The reply was yes you are confirmed for AC tuneup. At 1:25 pm on July 28, 2025 I received a call stating they have had an influx of emergency calls and would have to reschedule. My remarks, "Why would I reschedule to have this happen again." "I will find someone else to perform the service" I asked "what if my AC was an emergency?" The reply was "we would be out to fix it". I wasted a day waiting for the no show. I feel that using a VALPAK coupon for lower price service also makes it less of a priority for them.Review fromFrank B

5 stars**** did a great job at comparing systems and specs that helped me to decide on a new unit. Measurements with pictures were taken for the new installation.

5 starsIf youre going to hire someone from green air group!!! I have to recommend ********* M hes so meticulous and does his job really well!! I requested for him to clean my mom and dads house and also my sisters new house she bought wich the vents have not been cleaned for a very long time. ********* is very knowledgeable of what hes doing and always lets us know how he did each room to clean the vents!
