I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and by email to resolve a claim, without a reply. The phone number does not have a voicemail box that is active. I am concerned this business is closed or a scam.

I am writing to request the unsuspension of my account. I have responded to the complaint filed against me, and have attached the correspondence for your review.

I maintain that this is a spam account and a fake complaint. I have not received any phone calls or emails from this individual. Additionally, I would like to point out that we do not handle claims at our office. As third-party insurance brokers, we are not equipped to process claims directly. The individual who filed the complaint will need to file a claim directly with the insurance company.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,
    ***** Dovbenko

Will not get me any details on my claim. They have all information and documents need. The only thing they say is they will let me know

Unfortunately we are not the insurance company, we are only third party insurance brokers. We can only provide information to our insured. Ricky Dean is a third party claimant to our insured's policy, not our customer. They kept harassing our office even after we explained the process. They shall contact his own insurance company and let them communicate with our customers' insurance company.
In addition, if they require repair, they shall contact a repair shop, not the third party insurance brokers. This was explained multiple times to Mt Dean.

I am rejecting this response because:  the car carrier has sent me to the insurance company. Each company sends me to you. The contract came with 150,000.00 worth of coverage through the carrier. It is your responsibility since all the other companies full under one umbrella

    Sincerely,

    Ricky Dean

We are to object to your rejections as we can't be the part of your contract with a carrier (the one who delivers your load) as it is only your reponsibility to review the contract for its accuracy. This 150k contract is a part of load bord - central dispatch. As soon as you pick a carrier on load board and sell your load to them, it is only your responsibility to check if they are covered up to date and wheather if there is a proper coverage for your needs prior to booking loads with this particular carrier. Further, there is a federal website where you can check if they are up to date with all the copliance and if there is an active liability coverage. In addition, there is a load board and there is their dispatch team, wich you must communicate.
Any losses occured is only beetwwen you and a carrier you picked via loadboard. All we can do if forward your email to them, but we have no control on how they decide to run their business. All we can do is to for you is check wheather driver and equipment is scheduled on a policy at the time you selling your load to the carrier. We can also forward your claim to the insurance company and to the customer. There is no other duty from you shall expect from our office in this situation.

I am rejecting this response because:

I did not get this carrier from a load board. But a broker us car ship and trucking. So I had no knowledge of expertcarriers express until the day of damage. So no way for me to check anything you just said. What I can say is I’ve went through all the processes to get the claim paid. Even have the email stating your company needed to reach the carrier to move forward to the claim. So it would seem as you are refusing to pay the claim

    Sincerely,

    Ricky Dean
