City of Chicago Limousine requires payment in full at the time of reservation. This applies to all reservations including airport transfers, hourly rentals and bus charters.
We accept all major credit cards. City of Chicago Limousine will accept cash payment for services the night of the event as long as another form of payment has been made prior, at the time of reservation. For example: We will need to hold a credit card on file for services before the limousine leaves our garage. The customer will pay the chauffeur in cash for the service and City of Chicago Limousine will not charge the customer's credit card, unless cash has not been received.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
Sedan, Van and SUV - 2 hours prior to pickup time. Limousine - 48 hours prior to pickup time. Charter Bus - 48 hours prior to pickup time on hourly charters and 1 week on Day Charters and Out of Town Charters. Any cancellations that are sooner than this will be charged at full price.
Special events include Prom Season, GA/FL Game, New Years Eve, other holidays and Sold Out Concerts and Sporting Events. Cancellation policy for special events is 1 week prior to the pickup time on the day of the event. This policy is in effect for all vehicles chartered. Any cancellations that are sooner than this will be charged at full price.
