    Bought a fridge ************ from ****************** through a 3r. party( All Equipped LLC). Received the Bought fridge ************ from ****************** trough a 3r party( All Equipped LLC).Received wrong size part from ****************** 0n 04-01-2022. Personally returned the wrong size part and personally got the right size part and paid again from my pocket for the new part on 04-18-2022.( Yes my son went to the office of ******************* and handle the returned part and got the new one!!) .Requested proof from ****************** that the wrong size part was returned but they will not give me one because the part was bought thru All Equipped LLC and this company send Mid Atlantic a lot of business !!!!!. . All Equipped LLC claims that the part was not returned to Mid Atlantic!!.

    I am writing in response to the BBB customer complaint # ******** filed by ******************* concerning a purchase ************** made from a third party. The customers complaint was a result of having purchased an item from a third party, rather than directly from ****************** Distributors, Inc.  When making a purchase via e-bay or like platforms, you are buying direct from that vendor and all transactions are with that platform.

    Response:

    After hearing from BBB, we contacted the third party seller and expressed their customers, Ms. ******* request to return the part and receive refund. It is our understanding that this matter will be resolved directly by the third party seller and we have contacted ************** to let her know the third party sellers intentions. As the Sub-Zero Factory Certified Parts Distributor ****************** Distributor is happy to assist anyone with direct purchase of Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Factory Certified Parts.

    .I AM REJECTING ****************** RESPONSE BECAUSE NEITHER THEM OR THE 3RD PARTY HAVE CONTACTED ME.  WHAT I REQUESTED FROM ***************** WAS JUST A STATEMENT SHOWING THAT I RETURNED THE PART TO THEM .  THANK YOU BBB FOR HELPING ME.

    In response to your letter dated Sunday, July 10th, 2022 concerning BBB customer complaint # ********. I will restate that ******************* is not our customer. ******************* purchased a Sub-zero part from a third party via E-Bay. The part was returned to us and we credited the purchaser, our customer, the third party. I am not able to provide a receipt to anyone who has not purchased directly from us. We explained to ******************* on several occasions that a receipt or statement of return can only be granted to our customer, the third party purchaser/seller.

     

    We understand that the third party sold the part to **** and they also collected their payment. Only they have the ability to reimburse *******************.  We have been informed by the third party that ******************* disputed her credit card payment and they are working with ******************* to resolve the issue.

     

    This information has been conveyed and explained in several telephone conversations and via e-mail between our parts manager and *******************. 

     

    We have made our statement as noted below in our response dated June 30th, 2022. Any further communication concerning this matter will be with our attorney.
